Mossbark Games LLC (the “Company”) value your privacy and have made every effort to collect only the bare minimum of personal information required to run our Site and Service. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website (mossbark.com) and “Service” refers to the Company’s services, including mobile applications and supporting infrastructure. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on mossbark.com. When we do so, we will notify you by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date will be subject to the new Privacy Policy. We may not notify you for non-material changes or clarifications to this document.

Data we collect

Data we collect automatically:

• Data about your usage of the Service, such as game data and your interactions with other players in the Service
• Upon logging into Game Center or Google Play Games, your username and identifier associated with these accounts
• Your IP address, user agents, device identifiers and Instance ID
• Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language
• Data we collect with cookies and similar technologies (see more below)
• In-App purchase data
• General location data

Data you provide us (such as through a contact form, mailing list, or through email support):

• Contact information (such as name and email address)
• Profile information
• Other data you choose to give us (such as data to identity issues with your account)

How we use your data

• Allow you to play our games and use our Service
• Operate the Service
• Analyze and monitor use of the Service to prevent cheating
• Send you communications about the Service

We utilize third party services to provide features for the game. Here’s how they use the data collected:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging
  • Uses Instance IDs to determine which devices to deliver messages to.
  • Firebase retains Instance IDs until you sign out of the app. After you sign out, data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days.
• Firebase Authentication
  • Firebase Authentication is used in conjunction with Google Play Games and Game Center. We use your credentials from these services to create accounts in the Service.
  • Firebase Authentication uses your data to enable end-user authentication, and facilitate end-user account management. It also uses user-agent strings and IP addresses to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication.
  • Firebase Authentication keeps logged IP addresses for a few weeks. It retains other authentication information until you initiate deletion of the associated user, after which data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days.

• Unity Analytics
  • We utilize Unity Analytics to get general usage data about the application, such as how long the application is used. It also enables the app to use In-App Purchasing.
  • You can find Unity’s Privacy Policy here: https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy. You may opt out Unity’s gathering of information by tapping the Opt Out button in the app’s menu.

Who can see your data

Other players

Apart from the Company, other players and users will be able to see your username and games you are involved in with them through the Service.

Other companies and Public authorities

In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests. We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.

Access your personal data

If you request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format.

Other rights

You also have the right to correct your data, have your data deleted, object how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. You can also opt-out at any time from mailing lists using the instructions in each message.

Age limits

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site and Service does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
